基于声发射原理的螺栓连接状态辨识方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 振动环境中螺栓连接结构会发生碰摩现象,产生声发射信号。利用声发射参数分析方法对声发射检测信号进行时域分析,结果表明:振铃计数率随振动台加速度的提高而提高;螺栓连接结构在碰摩作用下产生出的能量与施加给螺栓的预紧扭矩的取值呈现一定的规律性。基于上述结果可以利用声发射进行螺栓连接结构的状态辨识。 The acoustic emission signal occurs in vibration environment when the contact-rubbing phenomenon happens in bolted joint structure.By using AE parameters analytical method to make time-domain analysis of testing AE signals,the results show that the ring count rate increases obviously with the increase of shaker acceleration,and that a certain degree of regularity appears between the energy generated by contact-rubbing of bolted joint structure and the selection of pre-tightening torque on the bolt.Based on the above results the acoustic emission principle can be used to identify the state of the bolted joint structure.
