摘要
目的观察曲安奈德在周围神经损伤后神经再生中的作用。方法将新西兰大白兔胫神经切断后行端-端吻合,吻合口处实验组用曲安奈德局部注射,对照组用生理盐水局部注射。于术后2、4、8、16周分别用肉眼观察和光镜观察,术后第16周进行神经电生理检查、小腿三头肌湿重比测定。结果实验组较少出现神经吻合口周围粘连,神经生长速度快,在神经传导速度、小腿三头肌湿重比、有髓神经纤维再生率等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论术中使用曲安奈德处理神经吻合口,能有效防止周围神经粘连,促进周围神经再生。
Objective To investigate the effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide on peripheral nerve regeneration after peripheral nerve injury.Methods The tibial nerves of New Zealand rabbits were cut and sutured an end-to-end way.The sutured areas were treated with local injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide,and 0.9% NaCl as control.The specimens were observed under naked eyes and light microscopes 2,4,8,16 weeks after surgery;Electrophysiological examination and the wet mass of triceps surae muscle were done at postoperative 16 weeks.Results The group of local injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide were less likely to present in extraneurial adhesion formation,and nerve regeneration were more rapid.The nerve conduction velocity,the wet mass of triceps surae muscle and the regeneration ratio of myelinated nerve fiber in experimental group were obviously better than those in control group(P0.01).Conclusion Applying of Triamcinolone Acetonide to the repair site during the surgery can effectively prevent adhesion and promote regeneration of peripheral nerve.
