摘要 对湖北恩施建始地区的煤系高岭土原矿进行初选、破碎、粉磨、剥片之后,利用水力旋流器进行选矿试验,通过对不同粒度的粉体在不同型号的旋流器和工作压力下试验条件的摸索,多级分级工艺得到的最终产品白度大于88%,且产品中主要杂质铁、钛含量均有所下降。 In this paper,based on the characteristics of coal series kaolin ore in Jianshi,Enshi of Hubei province,roughing,crushing,grinding,stripping and classification by hydrocyclones were employed in experimental research.Through changing experimental conditions on different sizes of the powder,different models of hydrocyclones and different work pressures,the final kaolin product was obtained by multi-stage classification process.And the whiteness of the product was more than 88% and the main impurities of iron and titanium content declined.
