基于WebGIS的关口装置管理系统的设计与实现

Design and effect of management system for gateway devices based on WebGIS

依据WebGIS的实现技术及特点,阐述其在关口电能计量装置管理系统中的实现,并给出基于WebGIS的关口装置管理系统的体系结构。采用ArcIMS作为地图服务器完成系统功能设计,实现网上数字地图的处理、传送以及基于地图的关口装置信息和检测数据查询、评估、统计和分析。

This article illustrates the effect of the management information system of gateway energy measurement device according the technology and characteristics of WebGIS,and analyzes the system configuration based on WebGIS.The system take ArcIMS as a map server to complete the design of system function.Besides,conduction and transmission of the digital map,inquiry,evaluation,statistics and analysis are accomplished based on the information and testing data of gateway energy measurement devices.
