比索洛尔对脑出血后室性心律失常的防治作用

The effect of prevention and treatment of bisoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia caused by intracerebral hemorrhage

目的观察比索洛尔对脑出血后心律失常的作用。方法通过大鼠脑出血模型，应用２４小时动态心电图记录心律失常发生情况。结果比索洛尔能减少脑出血后室性早搏的发生，尤其能预防阵发性室性心动过速的发作。结论比索洛尔对脑出血后室性心律失常具有明显的预防及治疗作用。

Objective To study the effect of prevention and treatment of Bisoprolol on arrhythmia after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods We used dynamic electrocardiogram and intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats.Results The result shows that Bisoprolol lesson the occurrence of premature ventricular beat especially ventricular tachycardia.Conclusion Bisoprolol possess obvious effect of prevention and treatment of Bisoprolol on arrhythmia after intracerebral hemorrhage. [
