摘要
采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解缩聚反应在颜料铝粉表面包覆一层SiO2薄膜。分析了这种包覆方法的成膜机理,膜层和基体之间的结合方式。对现存包覆工艺进行一些改进,并对实验结果进行析氢分析、XPS分析,以达到提高颜料铝粉的包覆率的目的。
For the hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction of TEOS,Aluminum pigment powder can be cladded by SiO2.The mechanism of the cladding method and combined structure between film and matrix were analyzed.In order to increase the cladding rate of aluminium pigment powder,the existing cladding technology has been improved,the analysis of hydrogen evolution and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of experimental results were discussed too.
