Study on Planning and Realization of Office Automation System for Enterprise and Public Institution-Taking Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences for Instance

通过对云南省农业科学研究院办公自动化系统实证研究,介绍了企事业单位办公自动化系统的规划、建设和推广使用过程,分析其对于提高单位管理效率,提升决策水平,推进行业信息化的作用。

After empirical research on office automation system（OAS）of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the planning,building and its popularization and application process of OAS for enterprise and public institution were introduced,then the OAS role of how to improve the efficiency of management,promote the quality of decisions,and boost industry informatization were analyzed.
