摘要
蒲石河抽水蓄能电站引水系统压力钢管钢材为调质状态的高强钢,且厚度较大,为减少钢管的焊接应力,采用爆炸方法对钢管纵缝进行处理,以保证钢管在低温、水头压力频繁变化的环境下运行安全。结果表明,爆炸处理效果良好,达到了50%以上的设计要求。
The penstock steel of diversion system is the high strength steel with great thickness under the hardened and tempered state for the Pushihe pumped storage power station.To reducing the welding stress of the steel pipe,the blasting method is adopted to treat the longitudinal joint of the steel pipe,then the steel pipe safe operation can be guarantee under the environment of frequent change of low temperature and head pressure.The result shows that the blasting treatment effect is good,which achieves above 50% design requirements.
