介绍了弹性平衡装置的原理与特性；列举了棒材线弹性胶体平衡装置在实践中存在的问题；分析了存在这些问题的原因、解决方法以及实际应用中注意的问题。
The principles and characteristics of elastic balance device are presented, problems of elastic colloidal balancing device existing in practice enumerated and their causes, solving methods as well as problems needing attention in real application analyzed.
