摘要
针对65Mn生产中出现的铸坯中心疏松、内裂及钢材夹杂物、硬度高的问题进行了分析,通过对冶金原料、耐材、终点成分、精炼及连铸工艺等进行优化调整,逐步控制了质量缺陷,钢材质量达到标准要求。
Aimed at the problems of central unsoundness, internal crack of casting blank, more inclusions and high hardness of steel in the production of 65 Mn, an analysis was carried out, the defects in quality were gradually kept in check, via an optimization and adjustment of metallurgical raw materials, refractories, end point components, refining and continuous casting, making the quality of steel achieve the requirements specified in the standards.
