摘要
结合莱钢特钢冶炼含硼钢钢中硼回收率从70%~85%稳定提高到90%以上,相邻炉次之间的硼含量控制偏差≤2×10^-6的生产实践,探讨了电炉流程生产含硼钢钢中硼含量精确控制理论技术。
Combined with the boron steel production practice at the Special Steel Plant, Laigang in which boron recovery ratio from boron steel steadily increased to over 90% from 70% -85%, and the deviation of boron content was ≤2 ppm for adjacent batches, the technique for precise controlling of boron content in boron steel made with EAF process is discussed
