摘要
通过物理模拟实验,研究中间包内的钢水停留时间、温度差异及非金属夹杂物的状态,检验中间包参数设计及流场是否合理,并在此基础上设计中间包结构及中间包控流装置,为现场中间包优化提供依据,满足提高铸坯质量、生产高品质钢的要求。
Retention time, difference in temperature of molten steel in the tundish as well as the state of non-metallic inclusions were researched on via physical simulation experiments to check whether the tundish parameter design and flow field were rational, by which the tundish structure and its flow control device were designed, providing a basis for on-site tundish optimization to meet the requirement in improving the quality of casting blank and producing high-quality steel.
