油茶籽多酚微波辅助提取响应面法的优化 被引量:13

摘要 多酚是油茶籽中重要的活性成分。研究其组成、提取工艺和活性,对于优质茶油的生产具有重要意义。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法就微波辅助提取油茶籽多酚进行了优化试验,优化了提取工艺参数。结果表明:微波功率、微波提取时间、料液比这3个因素对油茶籽多酚提取效果的影响均达到了显著水平;微波功率与微波提取时间、微波功率与料液比、微波提取时间与料液比之间的交互作用显著。利用DesignExpert7.1软件分析得出的油茶籽微波提取的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率,800W;提取时间,35s;料液比为1︰16。在此条件下,用回归模型预测的油茶籽多酚的提取量为19.60mg·g-1,实际测得值为19.02mg·g-1,相对误差为3%。与传统溶剂提取法相比,微波提取法具有时间短、效果好的特点。 Polyphenol is an important bioactive compound in Camellia oleiferaseed.The researches on polyphenol constitute,extraction process,and bioactivity should be of benefit to producing high-quality tea oil.Based on the single factor experiments,the parameters of microwave assisted extraction of polyphenol were optimized by using response surface method.The results showed that microwave power,time and ratio of seed to methanol had significant influences on extraction effect of polyphenol;the interactions between microwave power and time,microwave power and ratio of seed to methanol,and time and ratio of seed to methanol were significant.The optimal process parameters were 800Wof microwave power,35sof extraction time and 1︰16of ratio of seed to methanol based on analysis results by using the of Design Expert 7.1Software.The predicted yield based on the regression model and the actual yield of polyphenol were 19.60mg/g and 19.02mg/g,respectively,and the relative error was 3%.Compared with the traditional solvent extraction,the microwave assisted extraction method had the characters of less time consuming and good effect.
