摘要
为了筛选理想的油茶育苗基质,采用11组不同配方的基质,进行油茶胚芽嫁接容器苗的苗期生长对比试验,并对地上部分的生长指标进行相关分析。结果表明:组成为50%泥炭土+5%珍珠岩+5%蛭石+10%草木灰+5%黄土+33%锯屑的基质,其嫁接苗的出苗率、保存率、苗高、地径、叶片厚度、主根长度和生物量均为最大;其次为50%泥炭土+5%珍珠岩+5%蛭石+10%草木灰+5%黄土+25%锯屑的基质配方。地径与叶片厚度存在极显著正相关,与苗高存在显著正相关。
In order to select out the optimal culture medium of seedling in Camellia oleifera Abel.,growth status of container seedling was compared in 11media with different ratios of components,and relationship between some growth indexes of aboveground part were analyzed.The results showed that the medium of 50%peat soil,5%perlite, 5%vermiculite,10%plant ash,5%loess and 33%sawdust was best,in which the keeping rate,seedling height, leaf thickness,stem base,principal root length and seedling biomass of grafted seedling were all the maximum;the next was the medium of 50%peat soil,5% perlite,5%vermiculite,10% plant ash,5%loess and 25%sawdust. Stem base had extremely significant relationship with leaf thickness,and had significant relationship with seedling height.
