龙桑1号叶片的抑菌活性组分 被引量:11

摘要 为给桑叶高附加值产品开发提供依据,以桑品种龙桑1号的叶片为材料,对经正己烷索氏提取后获得的提取物进行了气相色谱-质谱仪(GC-MS)分析。结果表明,桑叶正己烷提取物的活性组分主要是醇类化合物、酸类化合物和酯类化合物,第一主成分为亚麻醇,质量分数65.61%。桑叶正己烷提取物的抑菌试验结果表明,桑叶正己烷提取物对大肠杆菌没有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用,抑菌圈直径可达13.08mm。桑品种龙桑1号桑叶在制药和化妆品领域有开发潜力。 In order to provide basis for developing products with high added value from mulberry leave,taking leaves from mulberry variety"Longsang No.1"as materials,the materials were extracted by n-hexane in the soxhlet extractor,and then the obtained n-hexane extractives was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The results showed that mainly active components in n-hexane extractives were alcohols,acids and esters.The first principal component was linolenyl alcohol(65.61%of mass fraction).The antibacterial test results showed that the nhexane extractives from mulberry leave had no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,but it had significantly inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,and the diameter of inhibition zone reached up to 13.08mm.Mulberry leaves from Longsang No.1had potential value for development in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields.
