摘要
煤自燃严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产,研究煤的自燃特性,掌握煤自然发火规律,对预测和预防煤层自燃火灾具有重要的理论指导意义。采用油浴程序升温实验系统,分别对亭南煤矿和白胶煤矿不同粒度煤样进行程序升温实验,根据煤样氧化后出口气体浓度的变化分析,得出了不同煤样的耗氧速率、放热强度、气体产生速率等参数和与煤样温度的对应变化关系。通过分析计算,确定出了亭南煤样和白胶煤样的自燃临界温度,最后得出了煤样粒度对自燃临界温度的影响关系。
Coal spontaneous combustion greatly threatens production safety of coal mines. It's significant to investigate coal spontaneous combustion characters and master the laws of coal spontaneous combustion for predicting and preventing it. By using oil bath temperature programming experiment system,coal samples of different particle diameters from Tingnan and Baijiao Coal Mine are carried out, the relation between coal temperature and oxygen consumption rate,heat release rate and gases generation rate of different coal samples are concluded according to concentration of gases output after coal oxidation. By analysis and calculation,the spontaneous combustion critical temperatures of Tingnan and Baijiao coal sample are determined and the relation between coal particle diameter and coal spontaneous combustion critical temperature is also conduded.
