群决策灰色关联分析法的战场目标价值排序

Battlefield target value priority with group decision and grey relational analysis method

针对战场目标种类多,目标信息不完备的情况,提出群决策灰色关联分析的新方法进行战场目标价值排序。结合战场目标价值的影响因素,构建了目标价值的评判指标体系;针对指标体系的特点,引入语言变量,并把语言变量和三角模糊数相对应;运用群决策理论对个体专家决策矩阵信息进行集结,得到元素为三角模糊数的群决策矩阵,并结合灰色关联分析法,给出了群决策灰色关联分析法的数学模型。结果表明:新方法在战场目标价值排序方面是有效的、可行的。

Battlefield target value priority is one of the foundation for target selection. There are many different targets with uncertain information on the battlefield. A new group decision and grey relational analysis method is proposed for determining the battlefield target value priority. Firstly,an evaluation index system of target value is established combining with influence factor of the battlefield target value. Secondly,the linguistic variable and its opposite triangular fuzzy number are introduced based on the characteristics of the index system. Thirdly,a group decision matrix with triangular fuzzy number is combined with the decision matrix information of individual expert. Combining with grey relational analysis method,the paper provides a mathematical model of group decision and grey relational analysis method. Lastly,a case study is conducted and the result indicates that the new method of battlefield target value priority is valid and feasible.
