洛古水电站工程建设虽条件复杂，但取得了建设周期短、建设效果良好的成就。本文叙述了洛古水电站工程建设过程中所经历的不同条件而针对性采取的有效制度和措施。
The construction condition of Luogu Hydropower Project is complicated, but the construction period is short, and the construction effect is good. The paper describes the effective system and measures are the different conditions during the construction of Luogu Hydropower Project.
