中学排球项目传统学校开展现状与对策研究——对苏北地区中学排球项目传统学校的调研

Current Situation and Strategies of Volleyball Movement in Traditional School of Northern Jiangsu Area

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等对本课题进行了研究,探讨了影响苏北地区中学排球项目传统学校的改革与发展的主要因素,提出了苏北地区中学排球运动改革和发展必须适应社会主义市场经济需要,尽快更新对排球运动的认识;改革教学及训练模式、方法;进一步加强师资队伍建设;多渠道筹措经费;加快提高教师及教练员业务水平;顺应排球产业化发展;建立一套合理、稳定、长期的人才输送政策法规等对策.

This article mainly used the document-data method,the questionnaire survey and the expert interview method and so on to conduct the quite systematic thorough research to this topic,discussed main factors of affecting the reform and the development of volleyball movement in the traditional middle schools of the Northern Jiangsu area,proposed the corresponding countermeasures for the volleyball movement＇s reform and the development in the Northern Jiangsu area.
