摘要
介绍广州海事局在船员监管方面的职责,阐述广州海事局近年来所做的工作,并简要分析目前海事管理部门船员监管存在的资历审核把关不够严谨、船员监管大部分处于考试评估发证的静态模式、船员评估单一等问题。
The article introduces the duties of seafarers supervision in Guang Zhou MSA and analyses the existing problems,such as auditing is not exact,seafarers supervision is still at a standstill of testing evolution and issuing certification after wards,and the evaluation method is single as well.
