欧盟绿色壁垒对我国机电产品出口的影响

Influence of EU Green Barriers on Export of China's Electromechanical Products

近几年来,欧盟绿色壁垒逐渐呈现出越来越严格的趋势,成为我国机电产品出口的一大障碍。究其原因,主要是我国产品技术含量低、技术标准体系不健全;进口国贸易保护主义抬头;全球环保意识加强等。我国机电产品出口要跨越绿色壁垒,应增强技术创新能力、完善技术标准体系及认证制度,利用WTO规则维护我国正当权益,实现机电产品绿色化,以减少我国环境标志机电产品进入国际市场的阻力。

In recent years,EU green barriers become stricter and limit export of China＇s electromechanical products。 The main reasons are low technology of Chinese products,incomplete technical standard system,rise of trade protectionism from importing country,and increase of global environmental awareness。 Therefore,China need go beyond green barriers through increasing the ability of technical innovation,improving technical standard system and certification system,applying WTO regulations to safeguard China＇s legitimate rights,and realizing green electromechanical products to decrease the obstruction of China＇s electromechanical products entering international market with environmental label。
