摘要
因材施教是针对学生的差异性而有的放矢地进行教育,有利于加速各种人才的成长。但在教学实践中也出现了诸如教师能力、教学资源、教学方法、评价指标等不适应因材施教的困惑。我们要厘清认识,认真反思,以充分发挥因材施教原则的科学性和合理性。
The education in accordance with individual differences is the one carried out with correct aims.It is helpful for talents' growth.However,in the teaching practice,we very often fall into a quagmire of such education,i.e.teacher's ability,education resources,teaching methods,evaluation standards.Nevertheless,we have to clarify our cognition and have a careful reflection on it in order to exert fully the scientificity and reasonableness of the education in accordance with individual differences.
