略论高校辅导员素质与当代大学生思想政治教育

On the Caliber of Political Counselors at Universities and the Ideological Education of Contemporary University Students

文章从当代大学生思想政治素质存在着的诸多问题入手,积极探索高校辅导员素质提高和当代大学生思想治教育的有效路径,提出了高校思想政治教育工作的对策。

This paper begins with the problems in the caliber of political counselors at universities and makes attempts to explore ways of improving these counselors＇ caliber and the ideological education of contemporary university students.On this basis,the author proposes some coping strategies to the ideological education.
