摘要
目的:观察黄芪发酵粉对糖尿病大鼠一般状况、血糖、血脂等生物效应的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为6组,正常对照组(NC组)、糖尿病对照组(DM组)、盐酸二甲双胍片组、黄芪低剂量组(ASl组)、黄芪中剂量组(AS2组)和黄芪高剂量组(AS3组)。给药4 w后,观察动物的一般状态、体重、摄食量和饮水量;大鼠腹主动脉取血,分离血清,测各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG);大鼠眼眶后静脉丛取血,测各组大鼠胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果:DM组大鼠体重明显低于NC组(P<0.01),盐酸二甲双胍片组、ASl组、AS2组、AS3组大鼠体重明显高于DM组大鼠(P<0.05)。与NC组比较,DM组大鼠血糖、血脂水平明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.001);与DM组比较,盐酸二甲双胍片组、AS1组、AS2组、AS3组大鼠血糖、血脂水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪发酵粉具有调节脂代谢、降低血糖的生物效应。
Objective:To observe the effects of radix astragali baking powder on body weight, blood glucose, blood fat of diabetic model rats. Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NC group),diabetes model group(DM group),metformin hydrochloride tablets group,i*adix astragali low dose group(AS1 group),radix astragali middle dose group (AS2 group)and radix astragali high dose group (AS3 group). Before and after treatment, general conditions of rats,such as body weight,food intake and water intake were observed and fasting blood glucose (FBG),cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)were detected. Results:4 weeks after treatment,body weight of rats in DM group was lower than that in NC group(P〈0.01) ;body weight of rats in metformin hy- drochloride tablets group,ASl group,AS2 group,AS3 group was significantly higher than that in DM group(P〈O.05). The levels of blood glucose,blood fat of rats in DM group were significantly increased compared with those in NC group (P〈0.01, P〈0.001 );the levels of blood glucose,blood fat of rats in metformin hydrochloride tablets group,AS1 group,AS2 group and AS3 group were significantly reduced compared with those in DM group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Radix astragali baking powder can regulate lipid metabolism and reduce blood glucose.
