成角旋转快速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Angulation Spin Rapid Traction to Treat Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

为观察成角旋转快速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性及疗效．对临床及CT确诊的23例患者均收住院进行治疗．用FairbankJC的腰痛病情计分表进行评定。结果：将治疗前后的总分进行检验，t＝6．403，P＜0．01，取得了较满意的治疗效果。提示成角旋转快速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症是有效的．特别是近期疗效较满意，远期疗效和复发率有待进一步观察。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effects of angulation spin rapid traction to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Twenty-three patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc diagnosed by clinical manifestations and CT received the treatment of angulation spin rapid traction in hospital. Assessment was conducted by using lumbago condition score table from Fairbank JC. The resuIts showed that the total scores before and after the treatment were compared with the difference being significant (t = 6. 403. P<0.001). The treated results were satisfactory. It was suggested that the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was effective and the short-term therapeutic effects were satisfactory.
