摘要
以高空台抽气系统补气量的调节为研究对象,针对现有调节系统响应慢、调节时间长等缺点,利用GE90-70PLC中数字PID功能开展了优化调节控制的研究。阐述了输入量偏差信号的处理方法、系统数学模型的建立及仿真结果。通过在MATLAB中的仿真结果表明,相对于原控制系统,基于PLC数字PID控制的系统性能更优,系统响应更快、更稳定,并且系统功能更加完善。
This paper introduced the research on the airflow supply adjustment of altitude test facility deflation system.To solve the problems of slow response,lasting adjusting and so on,the study on the optimization about complementary gas adjustment was conducted by using the digital PID employed in the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) of GE90-70.It also presented the methods of error signal processing,math model establishment and simulation results.Comparing with the original control system,simulated results in MATLAB showed that the control system based on the PLC digital PID is better in performance,more quickly in response and steady-going.
