摘要
介绍了航空发动机燃烧室部件试验件的设计目的、设计要求及结构设计。设计过程中针对现有高温升燃烧室试验件的设计特点和工作状况,为保证试验安全及试验结果可靠,重点考虑了试验件进口流道设计、机匣应力分析、膨胀节选用和燃气导管冷却。
The design goals,requirements and structure of an aero-engine test combustor are presented.According to design characteristics and operation condition of the existing high temperature rise test combustor,some details such as design of inlet passage,analysis of casing stress selection of expansion joint and cooling of gas duct are considered to ensure the security and the reliability of the test.
