摘要
结合高职毕业生就业实际,建立了就业质量评价指标体系,运用马尔科夫链系统分析了就业状态及其转移过程,依据转移矩阵建立了就业跟踪模型,通过历年的反馈数据对模型效果进行分析,给出了加快就业转移速度的动态策略。
This paper,in combination with higher vocational graduate employment situation,establishes the system of employment quality evaluation indexes,analyzes of employment status using Markov chain system and their transfer process,and the establishes a job tracking model based on transfer matrix model for.By analysis of the model effect through feedback data of years,it gives the dynamic strategy to speed up the employment transfer.
