Getting Catalog Data from Marc "Cloud"

分析了联机编目中只能套录已经提交的编目数据的情况,探讨从互联网上套录图书编目数据的方法。这种方法不但拥有联机编目的优点,还可以获取图书简介等信息量大的编目字段。经测试,每天可以检索约3000本图书编目信息,提高了图书馆工作效率。

This paper discusses that in online catalog,the catalog data only can be recorded upon having already been submitted,and discusses the methods of getting catalog data from the internet,which has the advantages of online cataloging and is able to obtain large quantities of information on books.By test,this method can fulfill the search of cataloging information of about 3000 books,increasing the efficiency of cataloging.
