摘要
针对在素质拓展训练课程的教学过程中的情况,认为必须使用不同的教学方法,运用不同的训练项目,才能达到预期的训练目的。探讨了素质拓展培训师如何根据不同类型、不同素质层次的学生,设计出科学、合理的训练课程,充分发挥实践式、体验式教学方式的功能,以达到切实提高大学生综合素质的目的。
This paper holds that it's necessary to use different teaching methods and apply different training programs to achieve the training targets.It also discusses the importance to design scientific and reasonable training courses according to different types and levels of college students' quality to bring practical and experimental teaching methods' function into full play and to improve college students' comprehensive qualities.
