台湾台中县东势镇大茅埔之文化创意点子——以东势客家美食生产合作社为例

摘要 文化创意产业是将文化、创意与产业三个要素,成功结合成"文化资本财"(cultural capital goods)。东势大茅埔客家庄的"东势客家美食生产合作社"之文化创意点子,就是合作社理事长刘桂心女士凝聚了庆东小区的客家妇女与外籍新娘的客家族群认同意识,结合了大埔腔客家文化、旅游与网络营销创意、改良的桂花美食产业等三个元素,将桂花妈妈的"桂花小铺"经营成兼具传统与现代的"文化资本财"之文化创意产业机构。 Cultural creative industries are to combine culture,originality and industry into cultural capital goods.The cultural creative idea of Tung-shi Hakka cate producers cooperative community which is located in Tung-shi Da-mao-pu Hakka village,is made by the chairperson Liu-Gui-xin.She agglomerated the ethnic identity of Hakkas beween Qing-dong Hakka women and foreign brides.Besides,Linking with Hakka culture of Tai-po,tourism and network marketing thought and improvement of sweet-scented osmanthu cate industry,she manages to make the sweet-scented osmanthu mothers' Sweet-scented Osmanthu Small Shops into cultural creative industry organization with traditional and modern clutural capital goods.
