Social Mobilization in the Land-distribution Movement

苏维埃革命时期,苏区的土地分配政策在乡村地区的深入不仅依赖于决策的正确性,在此过程中也借助了一定的动员技巧。苏区政府通过培养农民的阶级意识、满足农民平均主义的诉求、保障土地革命的成果等措施,动员了广大农民积极投身于土地分配运动。

In the period of Soviet revolution,land-distribution policy in Soviet area depends not only on right decision,but also some mobilization skills.By measure of bringing up peasants＇ class consciousness,satisfying their average pursuit,and ensuring their land-revelation fruits,the Soviet government mobilizes peasants to throw themselves into land-distribution movement,thus the land-revelation develops step by step in the rural society.
