江西省地方高等教育投入现状分析与对策建议

Analysis of Current Situation and Measurements on Local Higher Educational Input in Jiangxi Province

江西省地方高等教育投入以财政拨款和学费为主,经费来源渠道比较单一。进一步筹措江西省地方高等教育经费需要更新理念,省级政府应成为地方高等教育投入的主体。政府应在高等教育财政拨款和高等教育融资等方面进行体制创新,完善地方高等教育投入体制,使江西地方高等学校教育投入主体多元化。

Educational input of local higher universities in Jiangxi province is mainly from financial allocations and student＇s fees,financial resources channel is not multiple.To further raise educational funds,some ideals should be corrected,provincial government should be responsible for local higher education.The government should go through system innovation on higher education financial allocation and financing,improve local higher educational input system,diversify investment subject on local higher universities in Jiangxi province.
