与传统媒介监督相比,网络监督具有更方便、更真实、更快捷、传播更广、舆论监督影响力更大等特点。高校领导行为的网络监督主体是教师与学生,网络监督已成为高校发展的常态;网络监督对高校领导的领导行为改变有不容忽视的影响,对提高高校领导的办学治校能力具有重要作用;高校领导应以积极的心态认识和接受师生的网络监督,并以有效的措施解决师生提出的各种问题,从而提高自身的领导能力。

Compared with the traditional media supervision,the internet supervision is more convenient,realistic,fast,vast and far-reading.The subject of internet supervision on university leaders＇ behaviors is teachers and students.And the internet supervision is quite common for the university-development.The internet supervision has non-neglected influence on the leading behaviors of university leaders,and plays an important role to raise the abilities of university presidents＇ administration.The university leaders should have an active attitude to realize and accept the teachers-and-students＇ internet supervision and take effective measures to solve all kinds of problems put forward by teachers and students,as so to improve the leading abilities.
