杨慎《滇南月节词》饮食词语考释

A Study of the Dietary Terms in Monthly Festivals in South Yunnan by Yang Shen

明代著名的"杨状元"杨慎,因谏议"大礼仪"事件遭廷杖消籍,后削官谪戍云南永昌卫(今保山),寓滇30余年。其间写下了著名的《渔家傲.滇南月节词》,词中有大量的云南地区的饮食词语,而这些词语所反映的云南风物有的现在还存在,有的已经消失。考释这些饮食词语,可看出云南饮食文化传承的轨迹。

Yang Shen,Number One Scholar in the highest imperial examination in the Yuan dynasty,was demoted due to his admonishing the king.He stayed in Baoshan of Yunnan for thirty years and wrote many pieces about Yunnan.His famous Monthly Festivals in South Yunnan has a record of many dietary terms of Yunnan,of which some have disappeared and others have survived.A study of such dietary terms can help reveal the history of Yunnan dietary culture.
