建立健全宣传工作应急机制是高校应急管理工作面临的一个重大课题。针对当前高校宣传工作应急机制建设中存在的主要问题,要以科学理念的树立、规范制度的落实、应急文化的建设来整合宣传工作的应急力量,形成多方联动的应急机制,为构建高校和谐校园提供有力保障。

The construction and improvement of emergency mechanism of the publicity work at Chinese universities is urgent.The paper discusses the major problems in this construction and concludes that its improvement relies on the establishment of scientific concept and standard system as well as its relevant cultural construction.This integrated mechanism can help guarantee a harmonious college campus in China.
