Four-dimensional three-step positioning method of posterior fossa hematoma and clinical application

目的探讨后颅窝血肿的定位方法及在小脑出血微创软通道引流术中的应用。方法四步三线三维后颅窝血肿快速定位法和微创软通道血肿引流术。结果本组定位准确,手术成功率100%,一次成功率74%。结论定位快速准确,操作简单,术前准备至手术成功吸出血肿时间短,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the posterior fossa hematoma location methods and the application in minimally invasive soft channel drainage of cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods Four-step three-dimensional fast location of posterior fossa hematoma was used in drainage of hematoma.Results The method had accurate positioning,surgical success rate was 100%,primary successful rate of 74%.Conclusion It is short and effective of Four-step three-dimensional fast location of posterior fossa hematoma in successful aspiration of hematoma.
