摘要
目的讨论经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗脊柱转移性肿瘤及骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的护理。方法对32例经皮椎体成形术的患者实施相关围术期护理,术中密切配合,预防并发症的发生及术后护理、康复指导等综合措施。结果术后6～72h疼痛明显缓解,无护理并发症发生。结论经皮椎体成形术是治疗脊柱转移性肿瘤及骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的有效、安全的方法,可迅速减轻疼痛并改善功能,疗效可靠,微创、不需要开刀,患者易于接受,细致周到的护理配合是手术成功的保障。
Objective To discuss nursing care for osteoporosis vertebral compressive fracture patients or malignant tumor patients who was undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods Related peri-operative nursing care was implemented on 32 cases.Close coordinations were acted and complications occurance were prevented during the operation.Comprehensive measures like the post-operative nursing care and recovered guidance were adopted.Results Pain released or disappeared in 6-72 hours after the operation and no complications happened.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebraplasty is an effective and safe way to cure osteoporosis vertebral compressive fracture patients and malignant tumor patients.It can release pain quickly and improve its function.Its curative effect is reliable.It is easy for patients to accept PVP.Careful and thoughtful nursing care can ensure the success of operation.
