Perfecting Farmland System and Enhancing Farmers' Income Increase——Based on Theory of Institution's Life Cycle

从制度经济学角度,将制度作为增加农民收入的关键变量。同时以与农民关系最为紧密的农地制度为切入点,应用制度生命周期理论,探讨农地制度变迁与农民增收关系。论证农地制度的发展和完善对农民增收起关键性作用,要不断修正和完善农地制度,在延续其生命周期的同时,增强农民增收的可持续性。

The system is chosen as the key variable of farmers＇ income increase from the perspective of institutional economics.Based on the farmland system,which is most closely related with farmers,the institution＇s life cycle theory is applied and the relationship between the farmland system vicissitude and the farmers＇ income increase is discussed.The development and perfection of the farmland system plays a critical role in increasing farmers＇ income,while revising and improving the rural land system would gain the continuation of institution＇s life cycle and enhance the sustainability of farmers＇ income increase.
