摘要
认为黑格尔对王权的论述,既不是要为普鲁士王国的封建统治辩护,也不是要在个体性的对立面悬设压制个体自由的超越之物,而是要在国家作为理念展开的环节中为个体性和主观性开拓领地。黑格尔的哲学不是极权主义的哲学,而是尊重个体性和主观性的哲学。
Hegel＇s description of the power of sovereign is not the defenses of Prussian kingdom of the feudal rule,neither want to create transcendental existence in the opposite of individuality to oppress individual freedom,but want to create territory for individuality and subjectivity in the state as the actuality of the ethical idea and objective freedom.Instead of totalitarian,Hegel＇s philosophy has full respect to individuality and subjectivity.
