85例涎腺恶性肿瘤E-钙粘蛋白表达与局部浸润和淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究涎腺恶性肿瘤E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin.E-CD)的表达情况,评估其与涎腺恶性肿瘤的局部浸润和淋巴结转移的关系。方法选取40例涎腺粘液表皮样癌、37例腺样囊性癌、8例恶性混合瘤,以抗E-CD多克隆抗体用PAP法进行免疫组织化学染色和半定量分析。结果正常涎腺导管上皮及良性肿瘤细胞E-CD表达正常,而81.2%(69/85例)涎腺恶性肿瘤E-CD表达减弱或消失。E-CD的失表达主要发生于有神经或血管浸润的腺样囊性癌(P<0.05)及有淋巴结转移的涎腺恶性肿瘤(P<0.05)。结论E-CD的存在与否可能决定涎腺恶性肿瘤的局部浸润和淋巴结转移。 Purpose To study the patterns of the expression of Ecadherin in human salivary carcinoma and evaluate the relationship between the expression and topical invasion and lumph node metastasis of salivary carcinoma. Methods The immunohistochemical location of Ecadherin was evaluated by using PAP immunoperoxidase technique.Studies were performed in 85 surgical excised specimens,including 40 mucoepidermoid carcinomas,37 adenoid cystic carcinomas,8 malignant pleomorphic adenomas.The immunohistochemical staining results were densitometrically semiquantitatived. Results Ecadherin was stained positively in the plasma membrane of salivary ducts and cells of benign salivary tumors. Ecadherin expression was reduced or negative in 81.2% of salivary carcinomas.Negative expression was higher in adenoid cystic carcinomas with nerve or blood vessel invasion( P <0.05) and carcinomas with distant lymph node metastasis( P <0.05). Conclusions The results indicate that the decreased Ecadherin expression may correlate with the invasion and lymph node metastasis.
