人纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物2型在胃癌组织中的分布与表达

Expression and Distribution of Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor Type 2 in Gastric Cancer Tissues

目的探讨人纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物２型（ＰＡＩ－２）基因在胃癌组织中表达与分布的作用。方法采用ＡＢＣ方法检测发生和未发生淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中ＰＡＩ－２、ｕＰＡ和ＰＡＩ１的表达，各３０例。结果ＰＡＩ－２主要在平滑肌细胞中表达，ｕ－ＰＡ和ＰＡＩ－１主要在肿瘤细胞中表达（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＰＡＩ－２在胃癌组织中的分布以及表达程度与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关。肿瘤的淋巴结转移与肿瘤细胞是否表达ＰＡＩ－２无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。但在有ＰＡＩ－２表达的病例中，肿瘤的淋巴结转移却与肿瘤细胞ＰＡＩ－２的表达程度呈正相关，而与平滑肌细胞ＰＡＩ－２的表达程度呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Purpose To determine the physiological function and pathological role of PAI 2 gene expression in gastric cancer.PAI 1and u PA were also studied. Methods The ABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect PAI 2、u PA and PAI 1 gene expression in either group of 30 cases of gastric cancer tissues with and without lymph node metastasis. Results PAI 2 gene was expressed mainly in smooth muscles cells,while u PA and PAI 1 were expressed largely in cancer cells in gastric cancer tissues.The antigen level and distribution of PAI 2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis.There was no relationship between lymph node metastasis and PAI 2 gene expression of cancer cells( P >0.05).But in cases with PAI 2 gene expression,the metastasis was associated with the high level expression of PAI 2 gene in cancer cells( P <0.01)and low level expression in smooth muscles cells( P <0.01)in gastric cancer tissues. Conclusions In gastric cancer,PAI 2 expression is not obviously associated with the inhibition function in cancer invasion and metastasis.
