眶内容剜除术后缺损的一期修复

One Stage Repair after Orbital Exenteration

目的探讨眶内容剜除术后的一期修复。方法４例眶内容剜除后一期修复的病例，２例采用局部转移皮瓣（面颊部转移皮瓣或额部移位皮瓣）修补眼睑缺损；另２例采用颞肌瓣填充眼眶缺损，面颊部或额部转移皮瓣修补眼睑缺损。结果４例病人术后的眼睑和眼眶缺损得以一期修复，外观尚满意。结论颞肌瓣填充眼眶缺损和局部转移皮瓣修补眼睑缺损是眶内容剜除术后较为理想的修复方法。

Purpose To explore the reconstruction methods after orbital exenteration. Methods 4 cases of orbital exenteration patients with one stage reconstruction were reported.The defect was covered by regional skin flap (buccal skin flap or frontal transposition skin flap) in two cases.In other two, the orbital cavity was repaired with temporalis mascular flap and eyelid defect was covered by regional skin flap (buccal skin flap or frontal skin flap). Results All 4 patients obtained one stage repair of the defect and cosmetic improvement. Conclusions The transposition of the temporalis muscular flap and regional skin flap is an effective method for the reconstruction after orbital exenteration.
