“三法一体”综合治疗78例腰椎间盘突出症

“Three Methods and one Protrusion" Comprehensive Treatment in 78 Cases of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗有效、合理的治疗方法。方法综合疗法组７８例采用半屈髋屈膝位牵引、手法推拿、骶管注射疗法。单一疗法组６０例采用髋伸直位牵引。结果综合疗法组疗效优于单一疗法组，两组结果差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论综合治疗是一种较为合理、有效的方法，可取得较单一牵引更为满意的疗效。

Purpose To evaluate effective treatment methods for protrusion of lumber intervertebral disc in non ope rative. Methods Patients were divided into comprehensive group (n=78) and simple group (n=60) .In the comprehensive group traction ,manipulation and caudal block were adapted, the traction position was hip semisflexion and kneen semisflexion.In the simple group,only traction was used. Results In the comprehensive group,the cure rate was 19.23%,good effect rate 67.95%,In the simple group the cure rate was 3.33%,good effect rate 41.67%.The difference between the two groups was significant (Rank Sum test, P<0.01 ) Conclusions The therapeutic effect of the comprehensive group was better than that of the simple group.Combined use of traction,manipulation and caudal block is a more reasonable and effective therapeutic program.
