摘要
本文通过文献分析法和实证分析法,首先对并购进行定义和分类,接着回顾国际银行业并购的历史,然后列举国际银行业跨国并购的主要动因,最后用汇丰银行的实例对并购的动因加以说明。
By using the method of document analysis and the method of illustration,this paper will first define and classify M&A,then review history of banking M&A and illustrate the motives of cross-border M&A of global banking industry,and finally take HSBC as an example to make some explanations.
