摘要 目的探索社区全科教学师资培养的方法。方法对我中心参与教学的18名师资,制定师资培养方法并进行为期1年的实施。采用问卷调查法和小组访谈法对师资和学员进行调查。结果师资在教学计划制定、撰写教案、授课技巧及表达能力等方面均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论师资分级培训、继续教育、规范教学教法、专项技能培养、教学质量反馈等方法,是目前社区全科教学师资培养的有效手段。 Objective To study methods of training the general education teachers.Methods Totally 18 teachers in Weifang community health service center were given one year training based on the drawn methods,And they were investigated by questionnaire survey and group interview.Results The teachers had remarkably improved their powers of formulating teaching plan,writing lesson notes,lecture skills and expression capability after training (P〈0.05).Conclusion Graded teacher training,continuing education,normative teaching,special skills training,and feedback of teaching quality are the effective methods for training teacher in community health service center currently.
