摘要 目的构建新型全科医学课程教学模式,以进一步提高教学质量,加强学生综合素质和基本能力培养。方法于2009年9月—2010年3月,采用文献法和问卷法,了解全科医学课程教学中存在的问题和需求。结果本研究根据教学目标和需求,构建了一种适用于全科医学必修课的教学模式,即"以病例为中心、问题为基础、社区为导向"的教学模式。结论鉴于我国目前正处于全科医学教育发展的过渡时期,各地发展不平衡,新型教学模式的理论研究可为推进全科医学课程建设积累经验、提供借鉴。 Objective To establish a new-type teaching model of General Practice courses for undergraduate education so as to further improve the teaching quality and strengthen cultivation of the comprehensive quality and the basic ability of students.Methods A literature research and questionnaire survey were used from September 2009 to March 2010 to understand the problems and needs of the teaching.Results A teaching model that was case-centered,problem-based,community-oriented teaching model was established based on the teaching objectives and needs,which is suitable for the required courses of general practice.Conclusion In view of that the development of general practice education in China is in a transitional period,and in an unbalance state of development among different regions,the theoretical study of new teaching model could accumulate experience,and provide reference for promoting course construction of general practice.
