Status of Internet Addiction Among Undergraduates and Its Influencing Factors

目的了解大庆市大学生网络成瘾状况并探讨网络成瘾的影响因素,为网络成瘾的预防及干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取大庆市4所高校787名学生为研究对象;采用网络成瘾量表等对研究对象进行测评。结果大庆市大学生网络成瘾的发生率为10.80%,男性、对所学专业不满意者是网络成瘾的危险因素,网络成瘾与生活事件、交往焦虑、抑郁和消极应对呈正相关,逐步回归分析表明这四个变量是网络成瘾有效预测因素。结论应根据大学生网络成瘾的影响因素,采取有针对性的预防与干预措施。

Objective To explore the status of internet addiction among undergraduates and its influencing factors so as to provide a basis for prevention and intervention on internet addiction.Methods The stratified cluster sampling was taken to select 787 college students from 4 colleges in Daqing city as the subjects.They were surveyed with Internet Addiction Impairment Index and other mental scales.Results The incidence of internet addiction was 10.80% among the subjects.The male gender and individual non-satisfaction on the engaged major were the risk factors for internet addiction.And the internet addiction was positively correlated with life events,social anxiety,depression,and negative coping.The stepwise regression analysis showed that the four variables were effective predictors of internet addiction.Conclusion The targeted prevention and interventions of internet addiction among the undergraduates should be taken based on the influencing factors.
