医学研究生心理健康状况及其与行为类型关系的研究

Mental Health Status and Its Relation with Behavior Type in Medical Postgraduates

目的了解医学研究生的心理健康状况及其与行为类型的关系,为促进医学研究生的身心健康和开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、A型行为问卷(TABP),对医学研究生进行集体测评,对测量数据进行统计处理。结果医学研究生的SCL-90阳性因子检出率为34.29%;医学研究生的躯体化、人际关系敏感因子分显著低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A型行为类型医学研究生的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对因子分显著高于B型行为类型的医学研究生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学研究生存在不同程度的心理问题,且A型行为类型医学研究生的心理健康水平低于B型行为类型的医学研究生。

Objective To study the mental health status and its relation with behavior type in medical postgraduates so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the postgraduates＇ health and psychological health education.Methods The symptom check list-90 （SCL-90） and type-A behavior pattern （TABP） inventory were taken for assessment of medical postgraduates,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The detection rate of positive factor in SCL-90 was 34.29% in the medical postgraduates.Their scores of somatization,interpersional sensitivity were higher than those of the national norm（P〈0.05）.The scores of somatization,compulsive symptom,interpersional sensitivity,anxiety,hostility of postgraduates with type-A behavior pattern were apparently higher than those of postgraduates with type-B behavior patter （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Medical postgraduates have psychological problems in different degrees.And the mental health level of medical postgraduates with type-A behavior pattern is worse than that of postgraduates with type-B behavior pattern.
