中西医结合治疗特发性腹膜后纤维化一例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的提高对特发性腹膜后纤维化(IRPF)的认识,避免或者减少对该疾病的误诊,探讨中西医结合治疗IRPF的效果。方法报道我院1例IRPF的临床表现,实验室检查和治疗情况,并进行文献复习。结果入院后给予彩色多普勒超声、MRI等辅助检查明确诊断后,行双侧肾造瘘,同时联合免疫抑制药物、中药治疗,近期临床治疗效果满意。结论 IRPF临床表现缺乏特异性,早期诊断,早期治疗,对获得远期预后有重要意义。
